So my overall career has not been your typical PM with the user needs, user stories, sprints, etc. My journey in product management has always been more focused on growth through strategic initiatives as we owned a solution via a reseller agreement. I want this session to focus on what I have learned and what I wish I have known when I started in my role as a PM, specially focused on how we did product management when owing a solution via a partner.

Salvador Santos is a Sr Product Manager at CO-OP, he leads multiple enterprise solutions related to e-commerce authentication and fraud prevention.

Salvador has several years of experience within the Fin-Tech sector supporting reputable Merchants, Credit Unions, Issuers, and Payment Gateways.

Salvador’s exposure and experience to build, buy or partner within a B2B product management aspect has allowed him to launch, turn around, grow and sunset different product lines resulting in a unique perspective when approaching business situations and challenges.
